Salah Activities Logistics
  1. Volunteers arrive & set up

  5. Session by Ustadh Amjad
  6. S’mores & goodie bags
  7. Potluck dinner
  8. Isha Salah
  9. Cleanup

5:00 – 5:30 PM

Set up stations

  • Registration check table on both sides
  • Popcorn station on both sides
  • Water sticker station for kids at sisters’ side only

Before Maghrib, only the popcorn and water sticker stations run.

S’mores & goodie bag stations open after Maghrib.

5:45 PM until Maghrib

Check-in

Scan each registrant’s QR code with the Ticket Tailor app.
Give parents 3 tickets per kid, one per activity:

  • GreenS’mores
  • BlueWater sticker
  • RedGoodie bag

🍿 Popcorn: no ticket needed. Give kids & adults as much as they want.

Popped popcorn will be handed to volunteers along with small red bags to serve it in.

7:20 – 7:50 PM

S’mores flow for kids

  1. Table 1: Green ticket → marshmallow on a stick
  2. Fire pit: kids roast the marshmallow
  3. Table 2: adults add crackers & chocolate

Goodie bags

Goodie bag station: Red ticket → bag

7:50 PM (8:00 PM): start potluck dinner
